All cancelations must be given outside a 24 hour window to be rescheduled without penalty. If payment has already been made, a credit will be created that can be used for the following month or rescheduling a new date within the same month.
Session that are canceled the day of still have to pay the full amount. Only exceptions to this rule is emergency situation occurs or if a doctors note is presented stating that the student was ill.
If a session has been paid and cancelation notice is given outside a 24 hour window. A credit will be placed on the account for the family to use for the following month or for a reschedule.
